Try something extra with Google Search
Apart from generic searching you can also use Google Search for some utility services like, currency conversion, unit conversion, weather information, latest score update etc. Below you’ll find a list of few useful services with Google Search.
Weather: Find local weather information of any city with the string “weather” followed by city name. e.g. “weather London”
Time: Find local time of any cite with the string “time” followed by city name.
Stock: Find stock information and chart with the string “quote” followed by stock code.
Currency Converter: To convert currency, just write “Amount CurrencyCode1 in CurrencyCode2” e.g. “100 USD in INR”
Unit Converter: To convert any unit, write as “data Unit1 in Unit2” e.g. “5.7 feet in cm”
Calculator: To evaluate any equation, just write down like “553*4-1255” and click search. You can also use formulas like sqrt, log, tan etc.
Site Search: To find information form a specific site search as “site:sitename.com string” e.g. “site: yahoo.com Oscars” it will search all page contains “Oscars” only from yahoo.com
Live Score: Checkout live score for cricket/ football and other games by searching like “score Barcelona vs Real Madrid”
